Check-in, check-out time?

A

Check-in is from 3 pm (15:00) and check-out is from 10 am (10:00).

When should I contact for cancellation? How much does it cost to cancel?

A

Please inform us of cancellation as soon as possible.
In case of cancellation, the following penalty will be charged based on the terms of stay of the hotel:

Less than 14 guests
2 to 7 days before … 20% of the room rate
Previous day … 50% of room rate
On the day ・ No show ・ ・ ・ 100% of the room rate

For more than 14 people 2 days-14 days before … 20% of the room rate
Previous day … 50% of room rate
On the day, non-night … 100% of the room rate

How much for the baby?

A

There is no charge for who under the age of 1 year old which without Japan futon bed and meals. (In that case, there is no preparation for children’s yukata, hand towels and bath towels.) For guests of preschool children aged 1 or older, 1,000 yen (excluding tax) is required as a facility fee.

Can I leave my luggage before check in or after check out?

A

We will store luggage from 13:30 before check-in.
We will keep luggage until 12:00 after check out. Tourism → Baggage pick-up at the inn → Gero station can be an ideal course. Please enjoy Gero Onsen in a light appearance!

Can I do Early Check In?

A

● Check in from 14:00: 2,000 yen (excluding tax / room) Please note that before 14:00, we can not cope for cleaning and checking of the facilities. Not Check-in earlier than usual may not be accepted depending on the reservation status on the day. Please contact us by phone.

Can I use Late Check Out?

Where is the nearest station?

A

JR Gero Station. (JR Takayama Main Line) limited express wide view Hidago will stop. 10 minutes walk from the station, 3 minutes by car.

Is there a transfer from the station?

A

We arragen free pick from Gero Station.
● Reservation required ● Even if it is OK on the day, if you can let us know the estimated time of arrival, we will pick you up. Service hours: Pick up (14: 30-19: 30) Send (7: 30-10: 00)

Is there a parking lot?

A

There is free 30 parking lots. ● For the safety reason, guests can not drive out the car park from 20:00 to 06:00● We will keep guest`s car key and will park for guests

Can I park my car before check-in?

A

Yes. Guests can leave your car from 13:30. We will keep guest`s car key and will park for guests. Check-in is from 15:00

How long will it take from from the nearest IC.

A

It is approximately 1 hour(54km) to Gero from Takayama IC. It is approximately 1 hour(55km) to Gero from Nakatsugawa IC.

Is there any transportation other than Car or JR?

A

bus from Nagoya to Gero station is also available. Reservation, vacant seat inquiry, inquiry is this.(Japanese Only)

How to go to Shirakawa-go from Gero Onsen.

A

For a car, Gero Onsen-Shirakawago, about 100 minutes. If you come by train or bus, please take JR to Takayama first and take Nohi bus. Some buses need to make a reservation in advance. Please find more detaila as “Nohi bus Official HP“

A

Please let us know your hoping time of Private Onsen.
when you make a reservation with us.
If Guest book with us directly from our official HP, 45mins Private Onsen is free of charge.
Guest book from another channel, the price will be 1,000 yen (excluding tax) for 45mins

What is beneficial effects of Gero Onsen

A

Gero Onsen is an alkaline simple hot spring (PH 8.90) and its source temperature is 55 degrees Celsius. The water of this alkaline simple spring is colorless, transparent, and smooth, with a faint aroma.
Its beneficial effects have attracted the attention of medical practitioners, and rehabilitation facilities that use the water and even a medical hydrology research center have been established.

Is it a Onsen OK for during pregnancy?

A

number of pregnant women have been taking a bath in the past, but I have not heard that there was a problem until now.
